GOP State Senator: Women Will Fake Being Raped To Get Abortions

South Caroline Senator Lee Bright isn’t supporting his state’s proposed 20-week abortion ban because he believes women will use the rape exception to lie their way to abortions.
“After 20 weeks if you wanted to get an abortion you could go and say you were raped and you could have the abortion,” Bright said. “You wouldn’t be denied. There’s no police report.”
Bright also argued that, even in the case of a woman being sexually assaulted and immediately taken to a hospital, the fetus “had a right.”
Bright also has a problem with unemployed people eating food, and prefers Putin and Assad to President Obama.

I guess when you fake intelligence to get voted into office, you will assume people will fake anything.
I’m so glad we have people like this around to make sure women don’t just go crazy and make decisions about their own bodies all by themselves. Its nice to have a man that with the logic of testosterone that allows them to counteract all that icky irrational causing estrogen.
