This sums up The Donald’s take on women, as he explained on the Howard Stern show when asked how he’d react if his beautiful wife were in a car accident and other parts of her were mangled. Frank Bruni writes:

Stern has a knack for teasing out the soulful side of Trump, as he did again years later, during a poignant reflection on the inconstancy of beauty, the stamina of love and the possibility of vehicular mishap.
“Melania is in a horrible car accident,” Stern hypothesized. “She survives.” But one of her arms is paralyzed, one of her feet is mangled and one of her eyes is a ceaselessly oozing sore.
“How do the breasts look?” Trump asked, ever in search of the silver lining.
“The breasts are O.K.,” Stern responded.
“That’s important,” Trump said, adding that in such a case of mammary mercy, he would stay by Melania’s side.
