Nice attacker identified
He’s a 31-year-old French Tunisian named Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhel who resided in Nice.
[He] has been identified as the Nice attacker through fingerprints, French prosecutor François Molins said Friday. Bouhel was a delivery driver and was married; his wife has been detained since Friday morning, Molins said. Bouhel was sentenced this year to a six-month suspended prison sentence for violence, but he was “entirely unknown by intelligence services,” Molins said…

On Friday, authorities began searching an apartment building where Bouhel apparently lived.

He also had previous convictions for armed theft and domestic violence, but had no known ties to terrorism and was not under surveillance, the newspaper reports.
Neighbors told The Telegraph that Bouhlel was “depressed and unstable, even aggressive,” because of his “marital and financial problems.”
