MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough first reported the news Tuesday morning. Shortly afterwards, Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway appeared on Morning Joe and confirmed that Trump had decided not to aggressively seek charges against Clinton.

When Breitbart reported on the confirmation from Conway, they placed the story on the front-page with the blaring red all-caps header, “BROKEN PROMISE.”
