Disorderly Conduct: Pet Monkey Attacks Rookie Cop
They don’t teach recruits how to deal with this situation at the police academy:
A monkey attacked a rookie cop and bit his hand during a routine traffic stop Wednesday in Texas.
Officer Keith Moore, 21, just joined the Aransas Pass Police force three months ago. Training prepared Moore to deal with many dire situations. But he never considered the threat of a pint-sized primates going bananas.
“I wasn’t angry. I was just more shocked and surprised than anything else,” Moore told the Daily News.
